Charlie’s Donut Truck opens early each morning, serving fresh, handmade donuts and pastries. Delivered fresh daily from Charlie’s bakery in Bonifay, Fla., the donuts have become a coveted Alys Beach breakfast tradition. Owner Charlie Mingus and partner John Smith were sought out for their 1920’s-style donuts, which are hand-rolled, dipped, and filled. The donuts weigh about three ounces and up to five ounces for filled ones.
Located in the heart of Alys Beach and a short stroll from the center of Rosemary Beach enjoy fine dining indoors and out at George’s. Established in 2008, George’s brings a regional coastal fare infused with global flavors to the quaint town of Alys Beach. Hand crafted, all of the dishes served are made using locally sourced, organic produce and the freshest seafood available, and present each with a generous helping of love.
Located in the heart of The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach, Grits & Grind serves up relishes breakfast daily from 7am till 10:30am. As one of the only breakfast only places in the area, be sure to rise and shine and make your way to the Village for a healthy start to the day.
Located next door in Seacrest Beach, Lacocina Mexican Grill and Bar provides fun atmosphere serving up Tex-Mex with a coastal twist. All of the dishes are prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients available. Menu highlights include Tacos de Camerones with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, habeñero pickled onions, and feta cheese; the Pollo Fundido with shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream (chimichanga style) topped with cheese; the Lobster Quesadilla with lobster, crab, shrimp, and cheese topped with chipotle aioli and fruit salsa.
